It is totally legal to order medicines from Mexico and have them shipped to you as long as the medicine ordered is for your own personal use. All products sold by AmerimexRx are classified in Mexico as non-controlled and legal to purchase over the counter at any pharmacy in Mexico. ALL PRODUCTS SOLD ARE APPROVED FOR USE BY THE FDA. We are not crossing the border from the US into Mexico to purchase your order. We are located in Guaymas, Sonora and we purchase our products either direct from the manufacturer or thru a distributor that would service any other pharmacy in Mexico. All products are made from reputable world wide manufacturers of pharmaceuticals. We ship all packages only one via certified mail. You will need to sign for your package when it arrives in the United States. This is done to assure that all packages shipped to you are safe and all are subject to US Customs inspection. Shipping via Fed-Ex does not necessarily require US Customs inspection. Unfortunately for this reason we cannot "rush" your order so please remember this when re-ordering. Typical orders are shipped within 48 hours and will be delivered by your postman in about two weeks. You can check the status of your order at any time on our website however certified Mexican mail does not have tracking capability so where exactly your order may be after it leaves our hands is unknown. Please keep in mind that most medicines are available in "blister pack" packages direct from the manufacturers.
All products sold on AmerimexRx are classified as non-controlled substances within Mexico meaning you can walk into any pharmacy and purchase there products without a prescription. By placing and order with AmerimexRx you are agreeing that you are only purchasing medicine for your own personal use. AmerimexRx does have a doctor on staff however his purpose is for internal company use only. WE WILL NEVER OFFER MEDICAL ADVICE. WE WILL NOT ADVISE TO DOSAGES OR USAGE OF ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS. YOU MUST ONLY ORDER PRODUCTS OF WHICH YOU HAVE A SAFE HISTORY AND ARE FAMILIAR WITH DOCTOR RECOMMENDED DOSAGES. Mexico has universal health care as long as you are gainfully employed by a reputable company therefore pharmaceutical prices are very low in comparison to the US. Select the products that you are interested in at our online store. Proceed to the check and at the end we offer several methods for payment. There are never any hidden costs and shipping and handling are a flat $10.00 per order. Please limit your purchases to 8 orders of any one kind of product. (Example: you may purchase 8 boxes of Amoxil, 2 boxes of Xenical and 3 boxes of Ultram but we WILL NOT ACCEPT ORDERS for 10 boxes of Amoxil!) As mentioned above we ship all products for a flat rate charge of $10.00 per order. All products are shipped via Mexican and American certified mail. You will have to sign for your package. For this reason no tracking information is available on your order. If your order is not received within three weeks please call us and we will look into it. All shipments are subject to US Customs inspection. Please only order products that you have a safe history with and are familiar with recommended dosages. Please check our website for your order status. We will have a ship date available for you once your product has been mailed. Please allow three weeks for delivery.
Basically if it not on our website the product is not available. We will not ship you marijuana, morphine, cocaine, or ANYTHING that is s controlled substance within the United States or Mexico so please do not waste time asking. Our offices are located in Oklahoma and we are an American owned and operated company. We have a competent staff in Guaymas, Sonora that actually does the "hands on" work of processing your order correctly. If you call us you will reach an American that speaks English but please, we do not offer medical advise. We felt the need to pass savings along to fellow Americans who quite frankly cannot afford monthly expenses due to high prescription and medical costs.
Refund Policy:
At this time AmerimexRx offers no cash refunds on products purchased. We will gladly replace any products lost in transportation or customs inspection.
